Property Policy	Description	Comment
Minimum Stay	3 days	There is a minimum stay at your Park city condo during Holidays and Special Events. However, this is sometimes negotiable - please check availability
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information	Provided with confirmed reservation	Personalized access arranged for your condo rental on an individual basis. Condo access information provided upon receipt of deposit and confirmation of reservation.
Check-In Time	4:00 P.M.	Early check-in for your condo rental is sometimes possible - please check availability.
Check-Out Time	10:00 A.M.	Late check-outs from your condo need prior arrangement.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy	Deposit payment of 50% of the total condo rental amount is due at time of booking. Upon receipt of deposit, reservations are considered confirmed. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. If condo booking occurs within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.	Cancellations within 72 hours of initial condo booking are fully refundable. Cancellations after 72 hours of booking and prior to 30 days of arrival are charged a $100 per unit booking fee. Full payment is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival.
No Smoking	This is a completely nonsmoking property. Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside any or our park City or Deer Valley condos, outside on the deck or in the common area hallways.	Please do not book this Park City condo if you are not able to adhere to the nonsmoking policy. There is no flexibility on this issue.
Pets not allowed	No exceptions	No pets allowed in any of our Park City or Deer Valley condos
Daily Housekeeping Not Provided	The 2 bedroom properties have washer/dryer, dishwasher and basic cleaning supplies. Trash pick up is Thursday in the early morning in Lower Deer Valley. If in residence on Wednesday evening, please put trash cans out on the roadside.	Reservations include a $100 cleaning service fee which takes place prior to your arrival and after your departure from the park City unit. Daily maid service is not provided.

Terms of Eviction	Park City Police Department	Eviction for excessive noise, damage or threat of damage to common or private property, disturbing the peace; excess of six overnight occupants without our permission; or pets.
Courtesy Hold Reservations	Reservations are not held if payment in full is not made 30 days prior to arrival.	Often guests want to book the same time periods especially during school breaks and holidays. Payment insures that your reservation is confirmed.
Resort Information	Provided	Upon Final payment
Delayed Arrivals	We are not responsible for delayed arrivals.	There are no refunds for late arrivals.
Early Departures	We are not responsible for early departures.	There are no refunds for early departures or no-shows.
